Fuel shutoff solenoid issue '90 F800 | The Diesel Stop

Kefid · We have a '97 F800 powered by a 5.9 Cummins. Truck gave us no problems until week before last when the temps went into the single digits over the weekend. The next week (with temps in the upper 30's at the time) I went to start the truck and it would crank slowly once, and then click click click click.

Kefid · 1991 Ford F800 won't start. Engine cranks over and no smoke. Runs on starting fluid. Seems it's not getting fuel. Was going up very steep hill when it lost power. It started hesitating at first and then got to the point it just cranks over, but won't start. This is 7.8L Brazilian model engine (210HP turbo)

Liming · You have the option to dump like a regular gravel truck or drop the top like a pickup bed. Works great for larger items that wont fit under the tailgate and get hung up. The longer wheel base although not as easy to get around with makes for a more stable towing platform.

I thought it was the battery so I charged the battery up, put it back on the truck and turned the ignition on the nothing to same clicking noise.
